This policy covers what the depot collects, why it is collected, and what is deliberately not collected.
What we collect
Contact and shipping details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone, and delivery address. These exist so the order can be matched to a transfer and delivered.
What we never collect
No credit card numbers, no CVV codes, no card expiry dates, no banking credentials. Interac e-Transfer is initiated from your own bank, so payment credentials never touch this site.
How information is used
Order fulfilment, payment matching, delivery, and support correspondence about your order. Nothing else.
Demonstration build
In this build, order records are demonstration objects held in your own browser session and are not transmitted to a server or stored in a database.
