Delivery and shipping
Orders ship from the depot once the e-Transfer has been verified. Everything is packed for transit and tracked door to door.
Rates
Flat tracked shipping of $19.95 applies to orders under $250. Orders with a subtotal of $250 or more ship free. Free shipping depends only on the order subtotal — the 5- and 10-carton bulk tiers are separate discounts of 5% and 10%.
Packing
Cartons ship in plain outer packaging with no product branding on the outside. Inner packing keeps cartons square so they arrive in the condition they left in.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued when the order moves to shipped. Until payment is verified, the order stays in the awaiting payment state and does not enter the shipping queue.
Coverage
The depot ships across Canada. Delivery windows vary by province and by how remote the destination is; more distant destinations take longer than urban routes.
